Step 1:
Contact our customer service via email (service@meucos.com) within 30 days of receiving the package, outlining the issue and providing clear photos of the received products. Our customer service will assess the information to determine if a return/exchange is feasible.(If 30 days have gone, unfortunately we can not accept your return of refund request.)
Step 2:
Once confirmed, our customer service will provide you with the return address and specific requirements. Please return the products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee if the reason is customer’s responsibility.
If not,we will cover the return cost.
Step 3:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items in their original condition, we will process the refund or replacement within three working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Cases eligible for return or replacement:
- Defective, missing, or incorrect products will be replaced at no cost.
- Products made in the wrong size due to our error will be remade in the correct size based on confirmed measurements.
- Products significantly deviating from the description can be replaced or refunded. Note that slight color differences between photos and actual products are unavoidable, and refund or return service is not allowed in such cases.
Conditions where return/replacement is not accepted:
- Products that have been used or washed.
- Products with a scent of cigarette smoke or perfume.
- Products with stains or significant damage.
- Products made in the wrong sizes due to customers providing incorrect size information. In this case, the customer is responsible for the error.
